By using BrickWatchlist (“the Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Not affiliated with the LEGO Group

BrickWatchlist is an independent fan site. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. Set names and product images belong to their owners; official images are credited under each one.

3. Prices, stock and retirement are snapshots

LEGO prices, stock, release dates and “Retiring soon” badges change often. Every price and status we publish carries the date we checked it, usually on lego.com in the US. lego.com does not publish retirement dates; any retirement date on the Site names the third party it comes from. Check the retailer before you buy. We do not sell sets and are not responsible for a retailer's prices or stock.

4. Using our content

The articles on BrickWatchlist are protected by copyright. You may:

• Read, share and link to any page
• Quote short excerpts (up to 100 words) with clear credit to BrickWatchlist and a link to the page

You may not:

• Republish whole articles or set tables as your own
• Scrape or bulk-download the Site for AI training, aggregation or resale
• Use the BrickWatchlist name or logo without written permission

5. No warranty

Content is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we make no promise that every detail is complete or current. Nothing on the Site is investment or resale advice. You use the content at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, BrickWatchlist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content, including a purchase made on the strength of a price or date that later changed.

7. Links to other sites

We link to lego.com, LEGO news sites, Brickset and community posts so you can check our sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. There are no affiliate or sponsored links on the Site.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what little data the Site handles and is part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
