LEGO Modular Buildings 2026: Only 2 of 5 You Can Order
TL;DR: Buy Tudor Corner first; Shopping Street second. Both read Available now at $229.99 and $249.99. The Natural History Museum is badged and out of stock, and Jazz Club and Boutique Hotel read Sold out with no badge.
LEGO modular buildings: lego.com lists 5, but only Tudor Corner and Shopping Street can be ordered; 3 are Sold out or out of stock. Checked Oct 24, 2026.

lego.com still lists five LEGO modular buildings, but on October 24, 2026 you could order only two of them: Tudor Corner and Shopping Street. The other three read Sold out or Temporarily out of stock, and two of those have no Retiring soon badge at all.
Checked: lego.com's US search for "modular building" and all five product pages, Oct 24.
LEGO modular buildings: the quick answer
There are five LEGO modular buildings on lego.com: Tudor Corner, Shopping Street, Natural History Museum, Jazz Club and Boutique Hotel. Only Tudor Corner and Shopping Street could be ordered on Oct 24. Buying all five would cost $1,239.95, if you could.
Key Takeaways
- 5 modulars listed, all 18+ LEGO Icons, $229.99 to $299.99.
- 2 orderable: 10350 Tudor Corner and 11371 Shopping Street.
- 10326 Natural History Museum: Retiring soon badge, Temporarily out of stock.
- 10312 Jazz Club and 10297 Boutique Hotel: Sold out, no badge.
- Best value: Tudor Corner, 7.0 cents a piece, with 4.8 stars from 307 reviews.
What happened: three of five modulars cannot be ordered
lego.com's search for "modular building" shows the five current sets and older modulars marked Retired Product, such as 10243 Parisian Restaurant and 10278 Police Station. The current five are the ones that matter.
| Set | Price (lego.com, Oct 24) | Pieces | Per piece | Rating | Status Oct 24 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10350 Tudor Corner | $229.99 | 3,266 | 7.0¢ | 4.8 (307) | Available now |
| 11371 Shopping Street | $249.99 | 3,456 | 7.2¢ | 4.1 (99) | Available now |
| 10326 Natural History Museum | $299.99 | 4,014 | 7.5¢ | 4.6 (226) | Temporarily out of stock, Retiring soon |
| 10297 Boutique Hotel | $229.99 | 3,066 | 7.5¢ | 4.8 (258) | Sold out |
| 10312 Jazz Club | $229.99 | 2,899 | 7.9¢ | 4.4 (212) | Sold out |
Price per piece barely separates them: all five fall between 7.0 and 7.9 cents. Stock does.
The odd part is the two Sold out sets. lego.com uses Retiring soon for sets it is about to drop and Retired Product for sets it has dropped. Jazz Club and Boutique Hotel show neither, just Sold out. LEGO hasn't said what that means for them.
Tudor Corner vs Shopping Street: which modular to buy first
10350 Tudor Corner ($229.99, 3,266 pieces)
Image: The LEGO Group (lego.com)
The safest pick of the two you can order: 4.8 stars from 307 reviews, 89% would recommend it, a Value for Money score of 4.5, and the lowest cost per piece of the five. It has 8 minifigures. XanderBrick7, reviewing it on lego.com, wrote: "This is my first Lego modular building, and it didn’t disappoint!" and added, "The selection of minifigs are great, and no stickers!"
Pick for: a first modular. Why: 7.0 cents a piece and the best scores of the two you can buy. The catch: its stock has wobbled; see the Desk note below.
11371 Shopping Street ($249.99, 3,456 pieces)
Image: The LEGO Group (lego.com)
Revealed in the LEGO newsroom in December 2025, which described "ornate buildings with angled walls, a central alleyway, and a bustling plaza", with Insiders early access on January 1 and general sale on January 4. It is the bigger of the two orderable sets by 190 pieces.
Its scores are weaker: 4.1 from 99 reviews, 71% would recommend and a Value for Money score of 3.5. nikkiC, reviewing it on lego.com, noted that "It has 600 steps so it does require abit of time." That is a lot of steps for $249.99, and a lot of evenings.
Pick for: a modular collector who already has Tudor Corner. Why: 190 more pieces than Tudor Corner at 7.2 cents a piece. The catch: the lowest rating of the five.
Buy Tudor Corner if you want one modular now: $20 less, 0.2 cents less per piece and the better reviews. Buy Shopping Street if you already own Tudor Corner and want the next building on the street.
Is the LEGO Natural History Museum retiring?
lego.com says yes in the only way it does: the Retiring soon badge. On Oct 24 the page read Temporarily out of stock at $299.99. LEGO gives no date. The badge is the signal; the date is a guess.
Image: The LEGO Group (lego.com)
It is the biggest of the five at 4,014 pieces. The Brick Fan reported at its reveal that it has "the most pieces used for a building in the history of the theme." Brick Fanatics changed its view over the year. An earlier piece said "we wouldn't be shocked to see it continue on into next year". On September 14, after the badge appeared, it wrote that the museum is "now confirmed to retire by the end of the year" and that there is "zero chance" of a delay to 2027. That is a fan-site reading of the badge, not a LEGO date.
The video above is LEGO's own designer video for the museum, from LEGO's YouTube channel. Our Natural History Museum retiring watch tracks the set on its own.
Desk note: our change log has the museum going from Available now to Temporarily out of stock on Oct 15, and it still read that way on Oct 24. Tudor Corner moved three times: from "Will ship by October 24" to Available now on Oct 15, to "Will ship by October 31" on Oct 19, and back to Available now on Oct 22.
Our take
Buy Tudor Corner now; add Shopping Street later; do not wait on the museum. Tudor Corner has 4.8 stars from 307 reviews at 7.0 cents a piece, and the museum has been out of stock since Oct 15 with the badge on.
Buy now if you want a modular this year: two of five are orderable, and the October gifts with purchase run to the 27th. Skip or wait if you only want Jazz Club or Boutique Hotel; both read Sold out, and lego.com gives no restock date.
What we don't know yet: whether the museum comes back in stock before it goes, and what lego.com's plain Sold out means for Jazz Club and Boutique Hotel. On our watchlist: we re-read all five pages at each catalog fetch and will update this list when a status changes.

How we checked this
On Oct 24 we searched lego.com US for "modular building" in a headless desktop browser, then opened all five current product pages for price, pieces, minifigures, stock, badge and the Customer Reviews summary. Stock history comes from our own change log. We read the LEGO newsroom on Shopping Street, Brick Fanatics on the museum's retirement and The Brick Fan's museum reveal. Community quotes are lego.com customer reviews. A second pass matched every number here against our source table.
