LEGO Natural History Museum 10326 Retiring: Price and Stock

LEGO Natural History Museum 10326 retiring is now lego.com's own message, not only a fan-site forecast. On October 16, 2026 the set's product page showed the Retiring soon badge next to Exclusives at the US price of $299.99, but it read Temporarily out of stock. Five days earlier it was Available now, with a limit of 5 per order. Of the six recent modulars we checked, it is the only one with that badge not marked Retired Product. Here is what lego.com shows, what the fan-site dates say and how the museum compares with the modulars that are not leaving.
TL;DR: 10326 Natural History Museum had lego.com's Retiring soon badge at $299.99 on October 16, 2026, but read Temporarily out of stock; it was Available now on October 11. Brick Fanatics expects it to retire on December 31, 2026. Tudor Corner and Shopping Street had no Retiring soon badge and were Available now; Jazz Club and Boutique Hotel were Sold out.
Key Takeaways
- Retiring soon badge on lego.com, with Exclusives. Available now on October 11, 2026; Temporarily out of stock on October 16.

- No official date. Brick Fanatics lists December 31, 2026 and says it is unlikely to sell out before December starts.
- Two modulars stay: 10350 Tudor Corner and 11371 Shopping Street had no Retiring soon badge; Brick Fanatics dates both to 2028.
- 4.6 stars from 223 reviews on lego.com.
What Happened: the badge on 10326
The 10326 product page we opened on October 11, 2026 showed two labels above the name: Exclusives and Retiring soon. Below the $299.99 price it read "Available now" and "Limit 5", and the page offered 1,950 LEGO Insiders points, which works out to 6.5 points per dollar. On October 16 the same page read "Temporarily out of stock", with no order limit, points figure or restock date. lego.com describes the model as "part of the Modular Buildings series" and gives its size: "This 4,014-piece model measures over 12 in. (31 cm) high, 15 in. (39 cm) wide and 10 in. (25 cm) deep".
Brick Fanatics spotted the badge in September. On September 14, 2026 it wrote that "Flagship sets including 75192 Millennium Falcon, 76294 X-Men: The X-Mansion and 10326 Natural History Museum are now confirmed to retire by the end of the year". It added that "there’s now zero chance of them being pushed back to 2027 or later". The end-of-year reading is Brick Fanatics' conclusion; lego.com itself shows only the badge, with no date. Our Millennium Falcon 75192 retirement watch covers the biggest set from the same batch.

The set: what you get for $299.99
The museum went on sale on December 1, 2023. Brick Fanatics noted it was "Arriving on shelves December 1 rather than January 1 (as has been the case since at least 2015)", and called it "The 19th addition to the LEGO Modular Buildings Collection". The Brick Fan's October 2023 reveal post gave the same $299.99 US price and said it "has 4,014 pieces which is the most pieces used for a building in the history of the theme". Brick Fanatics put the margin at "just 12 pieces".
It is also wider than your standard modular building, in Brick Fanatics' words, "taking up one and a half baseplates", and "the first LEGO modular building to sit over a 48-stud-wide base since 2017’s 10255 Assembly Square". Inside, lego.com lists "a brachiosaurus skeleton that towers through an atrium up to the museum’s 2nd floor", while "the second floor focuses on space and science artifacts", and "The roof is home to the curator’s office and features 2 skylights". The set has 7 minifigures.

The Brick Fan named the designers as "Chris McVeigh and Aswin Visser". Brick Fanatics wrote that "Designer Chris McVeigh took inspiration from more than 100 museums", and that the exhibits are "pretty much all built separately, which means they can be easily removed and swapped out". LEGO's own designer video is still on its YouTube channel:
Why It Matters: the modular line on October 16
We opened the lego.com pages of six recent Modular Buildings on October 11 and again on October 16, 2026. Prices are lego.com US list prices; cents per piece is our arithmetic.
| Set | Price | Pieces | Cents per piece | Retiring soon badge | lego.com status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10326 Natural History Museum | $299.99 | 4,014 | 7.5 | yes | Temporarily out of stock |
| 11371 Shopping Street | $249.99 | 3,456 | 7.2 | no | Available now |
| 10350 Tudor Corner | $229.99 | 3,266 | 7.0 | no | Available now |
| 10297 Boutique Hotel | $229.99 | 3,066 | 7.5 | no | Sold out |
| 10312 Jazz Club | $229.99 | 2,899 | 7.9 | no | Sold out |
| 10332 Medieval Town Square | not shown | 3,304 | yes | Retired Product |
Three things stand out. Two modulars carry the badge, and on October 16 you could order neither: the museum read Temporarily out of stock, and 10332 Medieval Town Square shows the badge next to Retired Product. The museum is the most expensive of the five with a price, by $50, but per piece it sits in the middle, level with the Boutique Hotel. And two older modulars, Jazz Club and Boutique Hotel, were Sold out with no Retiring soon badge, so stock can run out before any badge appears.

Brick Fanatics' September 20 modular guide calls 10326 the official modular entry retiring this year and says "this set is unlikely to sell out entirely before December starts, but don't wait much longer after that". It dates Tudor Corner and Shopping Street to 2028. Those are fan-site forecasts, but they match what lego.com showed: no Retiring soon badge on either.
What builders are saying
On lego.com the museum had 4.6 stars from 223 reviews. The first review under the Most relevant sort, by FashionableBean064 on January 1, 2024, carries the headline "Might be the best modular" and praises the outside: "The exterior is the highlight, with stunning pillars and a detailed roof that grabs your attention."
Ian123, who wrote on January 10, 2024 as an owner of every modular, was cooler: "I was a little dissatisfied with this set - mind you I have given it 4 stars, so it’s far from a disaster." The main complaint: "The interior lacks, with the exception of the baby dinosaur, any wow factor."

Stock is the other worry. Reddit builders quoted in our LEGO Icons retiring list said in August that the museum was often out of stock. It was in stock on October 11, and by October 16 it read Temporarily out of stock.
Our take
Based on the lego.com page and the fan-site dates above, the museum question in October 2026 is about stock, not price. The badge is on, and the US price is the same $299.99 The Brick Fan reported at the 2023 reveal. But on October 16 the page read Temporarily out of stock, with no restock date. Brick Fanatics thinks it will last into December, but two sold-out modulars without the badge show how fast stock can go. If 10326 is the one missing from your street, watch the product page and buy when it reads Available now again. If it is not, Tudor Corner and Shopping Street had no Retiring soon badge, were Available now and cost less per piece. Our guide to telling whether a set is retiring explains how to read the badge and the stock labels together.
How we checked this
On October 11, 2026 we opened the lego.com product pages of 10326, 11371, 10350, 10297, 10312 and 10332 in a desktop browser and copied price, pieces, badges, stock and order limits, and read the 10326 Customer Reviews section. On October 16 we opened the same six pages again and re-read the two 10326 reviews quoted here. We read the Brick Fanatics posts from November and December 2023 and September 2026, its retiring page (updated October 7, re-read on October 16 in its October 13 version), The Brick Fan's 2023 reveal and designer posts, and checked that the YouTube video is from the official LEGO channel. Cents per piece and points per dollar are our arithmetic, and a second pass compared every number with our source table.
