The top 5, one by one

1. 21065 Sagrada Família (12,060 pieces, $799.99)

The LEGO newsroom revealed it on June 4 as "the largest LEGO building set ever released, by piece count". LEGO gives it as over 24 in. (62 cm) high and 18.5 in. (47 cm) wide. New Elementary's reveal said Gaudí's basilica "has now inspired the LEGO set with the biggest piece count in the world".

Its master model designer, Rok Žgalin Kobe, told LEGO: "No new elements have been designed for this set". The page had no reviews on Oct 25.

Pick for: the record. Why: 12,060 pieces at 6.6 cents each. The catch: you cannot order it until November 1.

2. 10307 Eiffel Tower (10,001 pieces, $629.99)

The tallest set on this list and the cheapest per piece, 6.3 cents. Brick Fanatics' May list called it "the largest LEGO set by physical size", at 149cm. It was rated 4.3 from 247 reviews on Oct 25, with a ship date of November 12.

Reviewer VegasBrickMen built it with a spouse, taking turns: "both of us survived with our marriage intact". That is the most useful advice on a 10,001-piece build we found.

Pick for: height in a room with a high ceiling. Why: the lowest price per piece of the 15. The catch: it waits for stock until November 12.

3. 10294 Titanic (9,090 pieces, $679.99)

LEGO says the 1:200 scale ship "measures over 53 in. (135 cm)". It has the most reviews of the top 15, 752, with a 4.7 rating. Reviewer Carfan wrote: "it took me 6 days at about 3-4 hours a night."

Pick for: a long shelf. Why: 752 reviews, 4.7 stars. The catch: 135 cm of shelf is a lot of wall.

4. 75419 Death Star (9,023 pieces, $999.99)

The biggest set that read Available now on Oct 25, and the most expensive of the 15. It has 38 minifigures. Buyers are split: 3.4 from 370 reviews, 28 percent of them one-star, and 2.8 out of 5 for value.

A two-star review by SlowCauliflower042 sums up the complaint: "the 50 stickers killed the vibe and value for $999.99 set." Our best LEGO Star Wars sets for adults list ranks the other 18+ Star Wars sets by buyer rating.

Pick for: a Star Wars fan who wants it this week. Why: in stock and 9,023 pieces. The catch: 11.1 cents a piece and a 3.4 rating.

5. 11377 Minas Tirith (8,278 pieces, $649.99)

LEGO gives it as over 23.5 in. (59 cm) high, with 10 minifigures. It read Available now on Oct 25 and had 4.7 from 147 reviews on Oct 24. Reviewer Skcidskcuspmurt called it a "Beautiful but fragile LOTR build!"

Pick for: a Lord of the Rings shelf. Why: 7.9 cents a piece and in stock. The catch: its two siblings, Rivendell and Barad-dûr, wait until November 12.

Biggest LEGO set ever: how the record changed

Brick Fanatics' May 12 list said "By piece count, 31203 World Map remains the biggest LEGO set the LEGO Group has ever produced." That was 11,695 pieces. Three weeks later LEGO revealed 21065 with 12,060, which is 365 more. The World Map is no longer sold on lego.com, so anyone ranking sets in stock has a new No. 1.

Desk note: in our lego.com catalog, 14 products have 5,000 pieces or more. Four of the top 15 read "Will ship by November 12" on Oct 25, and two more read Coming soon. Only six read Available now.

Size has two meanings. By pieces, the Sagrada Família wins; by height, the Eiffel Tower does, at 149cm against 62 cm. The Titanic measures over 53 in. (135 cm), and the Executor is over 53.5 in. (136 cm) long, which LEGO calls "the longest LEGO brick-built model yet".

Our take

Pre-order the Sagrada Família for the record; buy the Death Star or Minas Tirith if it must ship now. 21065 has 12,060 pieces at 6.6 cents each. The Death Star and Minas Tirith were in stock on our check.

Watch closely if you want the 75192 Millennium Falcon: it is Temporarily out of stock and carries the Retiring soon badge. Skip or wait if your heart is on the Eiffel Tower or Titanic: they ship November 12 anyway, and Black Friday starts November 27.

What we don't know yet: whether 21065 will be in stock on November 1 or go straight to a ship date like the Eiffel Tower. On our watchlist: we re-read the top 15 at each catalog fetch.

This take uses only the lego.com data and sources cited above, checked Oct 25, 2026.

How we checked this

We sorted our lego.com catalog, which holds the products on lego.com's Adults Welcome, New, Coming soon and Retiring soon lists, by piece count. On Oct 24 and 25 we opened the product pages of the top 15 (all but the Venator) for price, pieces, age, rating and reviews, in a headless desktop browser; stock for all 15 is from our catalog read of Oct 25. We read the LEGO newsroom post and designer article on 21065, New Elementary's reveal and Brick Fanatics' May 2026 list. Lengths and heights are LEGO's; Brick Fanatics gives the same 149cm for the Eiffel Tower.
