LEGO Stranger Things Sets: All 3 on lego.com, 2 Retiring

Three LEGO Stranger Things sets are on lego.com, and the one built for adults is the one without the Retiring soon badge. If you want the 18+ Creel House, there is no clock on it; the badge sits on the two BrickHeadz packs.

If you only buy one: 11370 The Creel House, $299.99, the only 18+ set and the only one with minifigures (13). Already sold out on lego.com: none. All three read Available now. Not worth chasing: 75810 The Upside Down. It left lego.com's theme page, and the Creel House now covers the same show at minifigure scale.

How we picked: every product on lego.com's Stranger Things theme page, read with its product page on Oct 24 for price, pieces, stock, badge, Insiders points and reviews. The one 18+ set comes first, then the two BrickHeadz by price per piece. We haven't built these sets; build impressions below are quoted from builders who have.

• Retiring soon badge: 40801 and 40879. Not The Creel House.
• Cheapest per piece: 40879 on sale, about 5.5 cents. Dearest: The Creel House, 11.6 cents.
• Stock: all three Available now; none Sold out.

Overview: what lego.com sells from Hawkins

The theme page read "Showing 3 Products" on Oct 24. That leaves out 75810 The Upside Down, the 2019 set, and the WSQK Radio Station, January's gift with purchase. Price per piece is our arithmetic: list price divided by lego.com's piece count. You can run any set through our price-per-piece calculator.

The table shows the split plainly. The adult set is the dear one per piece and the safe one on time; the cheap ones are on the clock.

1. 11370 Stranger Things: The Creel House ($299.99, 2,593 pieces)

LEGO's product page opens with "The fate of Hawkins hangs by a brick!" The model is the Creel family's Gothic manor from the show's last two seasons. It has 7 rooms, displays boarded up or with the boards off, and its corners pull apart to show Vecna's Mind Lair and the grandfather clock. Steve's car, the WSQK radio van and Will's bicycle come in the box with 13 minifigures. It stands over 11.5 in. (29 cm) high and 20 in. (50 cm) wide.

LEGO's newsroom called it "the first-ever transforming LEGO house set" when it revealed the model on December 2, 2025. Brick Fanatics, reviewing a copy LEGO provided, gave it 8/10 and described the move: "some rooms split in two, others turn 45 degrees, one wall drops in place and the central spire even rises up." It also listed "Pretty expensive for the amount of stuff" and "Cramped interior" as the downsides.

Buyers rate it lower than the figure packs: 4.2 from 304 reviews on lego.com. A full price buys 1,950 Insiders points.

Pick for: the adult fan who wants one Stranger Things piece on the shelf. Why: 2,593 pieces, 13 minifigures and the only 18+ set of the three. The catch: 11.6 cents a piece, the highest here, and a footprint 20 in. wide.

2. 40879 Eleven, Max, Demogorgon and Holly Figures ($31.99 on sale, 584 pieces)

Four BrickHeadz: Eleven, Max, Holly and a Demogorgon over 3 in. (10 cm) tall. lego.com marks it 20% off, from $39.99 to $31.99, with a note that "Before Oct 13 this item was offered at the strikethrough price." Oddly, its own breadcrumb files it under BrickHeadz, not Stranger Things, though the theme page lists it.

Image: The LEGO Group (lego.com)

Pick for: a desk-sized gift under $35. Why: about 5.5 cents a piece at the sale price, the lowest of the three. The catch: it carries the Retiring soon badge, and it is marked 10+.

3. 40801 Mike, Dustin, Lucas and Will Figures ($39.99, 542 pieces)

The boys' half of the party, as four BrickHeadz; the biggest stands over 3 in. (9 cm). It has more reviews than its sibling: 4.7 from 69. It also carries the Retiring soon badge and has no discount.

At $39.99 with no discount, it costs $8 more than 40879 on sale for 42 fewer pieces.

Pick for: the fan who already owns 40879 and wants all eight kids. Why: 4.7 stars from 69 reviews. The catch: 7.4 cents a piece at full price while its sibling is on sale.

Are LEGO Stranger Things sets retiring?

The badge is the signal; the date is a guess. lego.com shows Retiring soon on 40801 and 40879 and not on The Creel House. LEGO gives no date for any of them.

The fan-site guess agrees with the badge this time. Brick Fanatics' retirement list, last updated Oct 13, files both BrickHeadz under 2026 and The Creel House under 2028, years only, no months. Our guide to how to tell if a LEGO set is retiring explains which lego.com labels matter.

Desk note: our catalog has shown the Retiring soon badge on 40801 and 40879 since our first read on Oct 10, and our change log recorded no stock change for any of the three sets through Oct 23. Two weeks with the badge, still Available now: there is no stock signal to rush on yet, only the badge.

Analysis: buy The Creel House now, or wait?

Nothing on lego.com forces your hand. The Creel House has no badge, a fan-site year of 2028, and steady stock in our log. One reason argues for buying sooner: history. The set was hard to get early this year, at least going by Reddit. In January, under a post of a finished build, u/Skatingraccoon wrote: "I didn't realize it was so animated and interactive!" A reply in the same thread praised the feature and named the problem:

Reddit comment about the LEGO Creel House being hard to find

"The surprise twist that extends the house is so neat," wrote u/crystalbethjo, adding: "Only issue is the Creel House is so hard to find". Reddit posts announcing it was back in stock followed in January and March. That was then. On Oct 24, lego.com let you order up to 3.

Our take

Buy The Creel House for the shelf; pick up 40879 on sale only if you want the BrickHeadz. The Creel House is the only 18+ set and has no badge, so waiting costs nothing. 40879 at $31.99 is the cheapest per piece here, 5.5 cents.

Buy now if you want a BrickHeadz pack before the badge does its work, or 40879 while it is 20 percent off. Skip or wait if 11.6 cents a piece for The Creel House feels steep: no date pushes you.

What we don't know yet: when LEGO pulls the two BrickHeadz, and whether a third minifigure set follows the show's finale. On our watchlist: we re-read all three product pages at each catalog fetch and will update this list when a badge or a stock label changes.

How we checked this

On Oct 24 we opened lego.com's Stranger Things theme page and all three product pages in a headless desktop browser, for price, pieces, age, stock, purchase limit, badge, Insiders points and review score. The launch facts come from LEGO's December newsroom post. Badge history comes from our own catalog and change log. We read the Brick Fanatics and New Elementary reviews, Brick Fanatics' retirement list, and two Reddit comments through an archive. A second pass matched every number here against our source table. Ratings are the score in each product page's review header on Oct 24; lego.com's theme tiles showed a higher 4.9 for both BrickHeadz packs that day.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many LEGO Stranger Things sets are on lego.com? Three on Oct 24: 11370 The Creel House ($299.99, 2,593 pieces, 18+), 40801 Mike, Dustin, Lucas and Will Figures ($39.99, 542 pieces) and 40879 Eleven, Max, Demogorgon and Holly Figures ($31.99 on sale, 584 pieces). The two figure packs are marked 10+.

Is the Creel House retiring? lego.com shows no Retiring soon badge on 11370, which read Available now at $299.99 on Oct 24. LEGO gives no end date. Brick Fanatics' list, updated Oct 13, files it under 2028 with no month, which is a fan-site estimate rather than a LEGO date.

Which Stranger Things sets carry the Retiring soon badge? Both BrickHeadz packs, 40801 and 40879. Our catalog has shown the badge on both since Oct 10, and both still read Available now on Oct 24. LEGO gives no date; Brick Fanatics lists both under 2026, year only, without a month.

Is The Upside Down 75810 still on lego.com? Not on its Stranger Things page, which listed three products on Oct 24. Brick Fanatics calls 75810 the last time LEGO "tackled Stranger Things at minifigure scale" before The Creel House, which New Elementary calls "only the theme's second minifigure playset". The 2019 set had 2,287 pieces.

Which Stranger Things set is the best value per piece? 40879 at its $31.99 sale price, about 5.5 cents a piece by our arithmetic. 40801 costs about 7.4 cents and The Creel House about 11.6 cents. Per piece is not the whole story: only The Creel House is marked 18+ and has minifigures.
