Overview: the 14 BrickHeadz with the badge

We read both pages of lego.com's BrickHeadz theme page from the page data on October 11 and again on October 16 and 17, 2026, then opened all 14 flagged product pages. Three of them file the set under its licence on the product page (40801 under Stranger Things, 40881 and 40884 under LEGO Fortnite), but all 14 sit on the BrickHeadz theme page.

Prices are lego.com US list prices, the same on October 17 as on October 11. On October 17 six sets showed a discount of 20 or 30 percent, noted in the stock column; none had on October 11. Stock is as of October 17. Cents per piece is our arithmetic on the list price. The tighter order limits sit on the Stranger Things packs and the Fortnite Supply Llama, which the page limits to 2 or 3.

The BrickHeadz to decide on first

The Stranger Things packs. 40879 Eleven, Max, Demogorgon and Holly ($39.99, 584 pieces) is the best value on the list at 6.8 cents a piece, or 5.5 cents at its $31.99 sale price on October 17, and it has the tightest limit, 2 per order. Its partner 40801 Mike, Dustin, Lucas and Will ($39.99, 542 pieces) allows 3. On 40801, dts_14, marked "Verified purchase", wrote in January 2026: "Recently bought both sets of these and can’t wait to build the next 4!" and said they "only took just over an hour and look nice on my desk."

The Goblet of Fire Figures. 40791 ($49.99 list, 671 pieces) is the biggest pack and the dearest at list price, with 4.9 stars from 28 reviews; on October 17 it was on sale at $39.99. Its product page files it under BrickHeadz, but it also sits on lego.com's Harry Potter theme page with the badge, which is why it also appears in our Harry Potter LEGO sets retiring list. saragunnie_1152, who received the set free from LEGO, wrote: "The set says 10+ but my 8 year old was easily able to complete a figure on his own."

The Transformers trio. 40803 Optimus Prime, 40804 Bumblebee and 40924 Megatron all list at $24.99 and are all badged. Brick Fanatics' February 2025 launch post said "40803 Optimus Prime Robot & Vehicle will be a 237-piece model priced at £17.99 / $19.99 / €19.99", so the lego.com list price is now $5 higher. On October 17 Optimus read Will ship by October 29, 2026 and Bumblebee Will ship in 60 days, while Megatron was on sale at $19.99. Megatron is the newest set here: Brick Fanatics lists its release as June 1, 2026.

Analysis: the cheap singles and the dates

The three $12.99 singles, 40674 Stitch, 40797 Eeyore and 40795 Luke Skywalker (Rebel Pilot), are the easiest gifts on the list. Stitch has the most reviews of any badged BrickHeadz, 97, with 4.8 stars, and the earliest review we saw on its page is dated February 10, 2024. ChiefComplexWyldstyle100 summed it up in April 2024: "Another fun BrickHeadz to add to my collection. Easy to build and fun to display." Luke and Eeyore are on later ship dates; Eeyore was also on sale at $10.39.

On dates, BrickHeadz are vaguer than most themes. Brick Fanatics' retiring page, last updated October 13, 2026, lists all 14 in its BrickHeadz 2026 tab with no retirement date, unlike the July 31 and December 31 groups it uses for themes such as Harry Potter. With the badge on all 14 by October, lego.com's own page is the better guide.

What stands out is how young some are. The Brick Post reported 40879 for "1st January 2026", and Brick Fanatics lists release dates of March 1, 2026 for the Fortnite Supply Llama pack and June 1, 2026 for Megatron. Several sets with the badge have been on sale for less than a year. The Disney retiring list covers the Disney and Pixar BrickHeadz alongside the rest of that theme.

Our take

Based on the lego.com pages above, the BrickHeadz to buy first are the ones already on a later ship date, Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Luke Skywalker, Eeyore and Luna Lovegood & Thestral, and the Stranger Things pair with the tightest order limits. For value, the Eleven, Max, Demogorgon and Holly pack is the cheapest per piece at 6.8 cents, or 5.5 cents at its October 17 sale price. If you only want one small gift, Stitch is the most-reviewed single at $12.99. Nothing was sold out on October 17, so there is time, but the badge sits on more than half of the line. For a bigger gift at a similar price, our best LEGO sets for adults under $50 list ranks the alternatives. We will re-check badges and stock every 14 days through December.

How we checked this

On October 11, 2026 we read both pages of lego.com's BrickHeadz theme from the page data and opened all 14 badged product pages, matching each by set number, to copy price, pieces, age, stock, order limit, badges and rating. We opened the Customer Reviews of 40674, 40791 and 40801 and copied quotes with name, date and whether the reviewer received the set free. On October 16 we read the theme page and all 14 product pages again and re-read those three review sections, and on October 17 we did both once more. We read Brick Fanatics' retiring page (updated October 7, re-read on October 16 and 17 in its October 13 version), its Transformers and Megatron posts, and launch reports from The Brick Post and Jay's Brick Blog. Totals and cents per piece are our arithmetic, and a second pass compared every number with our source table.
