LEGO Insiders Early Access: Start Times and 2026 Dates

LEGO Insiders early access starts at midnight Eastern on lego.com, and in 2026 it has almost always meant three days: the 1st of the month for members, the 4th for everyone. We opened the product pages of nine 2026 adult sets with an Insiders date on October 10, 2026, and every one recorded its start at 04:00 UTC. The next set on that schedule is 11390 Dragon Ball: Shenron & Goku, which opens to Insiders on November 1.

TL;DR: LEGO Insiders early access opens at 04:00 UTC (12:00 a.m. Eastern) on lego.com. In 2026 eight of the nine adult sets we checked gave members three days before everyone else. Next: 11390 Dragon Ball on November 1. The Sagrada Família has no Insiders date. Insiders Weekend is November 21-22.

LEGO Insiders early access: the quick answer

Join LEGO Insiders (free, 18+), log in to lego.com, and the set opens to you from midnight Eastern on the Insiders date. For 11390 that means 12:00 a.m. ET on November 1, 2026, or 9:00 p.m. on October 31 in California. Everyone else can buy on November 4.

Key Takeaways

• Start time: 04:00 UTC, midnight Eastern, on all nine sets we checked (lego.com page data, Oct 10, 2026).
• The head start is usually three days: 1st for Insiders, 4th for everyone.
• Next up: 11390 Dragon Ball: Shenron & Goku, $179.99, Insiders November 1, everyone November 4.
• Not every big set gets one. 21065 Sagrada Família (November 1) listed no Insiders date, and 75457 Executor's Insiders date was the same day as its general launch.
• Insiders Weekend is November 21-22, 2026, and US stores hold private member events on November 15.

Overview: what LEGO Insiders early access is

LEGO Insiders is LEGO's loyalty program. Its help page says "If you’re at least 18 years old, why not become a LEGO® Insider?" and that "Insiders also get early access to select new sets." You can sign up online, by phone or in a LEGO Store, and lego.com's Insiders Weekend page puts the cost plainly: "It costs nothing to become a LEGO Insider".

"Select" is the key word. Early access is set by set, announced in the LEGO newsroom post for each release and written into the product page. For the October 1 PlayStation launch, LEGO's notes said "LEGO Insiders membership required for purchases between 1-3 October 2026."

Step-by-step: every 2026 adult set with an Insiders date we checked

Start times are from each lego.com product page's data; "everyone" dates are from the LEGO newsroom. Prices are lego.com US list prices on October 10, 2026.

All nine show 04:00 UTC as the start. 75457 is the odd one: its page carries an Insiders date, but the newsroom says it was "available for purchase starting 1 October 2026", so members had no head start. Our new LEGO sets 2026 guide lists the 21 adult releases from the LEGO newsroom, each with its source.

Tips: what time to log in, and what comes next

Set an alarm for 04:00 UTC. In US time that is:

1. 12:00 a.m. Eastern on the Insiders date
2. 11:00 p.m. Central the evening before
3. 10:00 p.m. Mountain the evening before
4. 9:00 p.m. Pacific the evening before

US daylight time ends at 2 a.m. on November 1, 2026, after the Dragon Ball start, so the same conversion holds for that date.

On r/lego, u/TSMWiz gave a new buyer the same advice in September:

"Lego Insiders get to order the set 3 days before the general public; it's a free membership so I recommend signing up. In the US, new sets go up for order at midnight Eastern time."

Other regions run on their own clocks. In a July thread about 21369 The X-Files, which The Brick Fan reports opened to Insiders on August 1 and to everyone on August 4, u/Chemical-Poetry776 explained: "For EU/UK, GWP offers start at UK midnight. For Oceania, Sydney midnight. For North America, EST midnight." A New Zealand buyer, u/koruandthistle, followed that tip: "I waited til after 12 then saw this and set an alarm and bought it at 2:05."

November 1: Dragon Ball. 11390 Dragon Ball: Shenron & Goku read "Coming soon on November 4, 2026" on October 10, with an Insiders date of November 1 and an order limit of 5. Members can also redeem 20 points for a digital poster of the set.

November 1: Sagrada Família, no head start. The 21065 page listed no Insiders date on October 10, 2026. Neither did the two January 2027 sets we opened, 67008 Batman Returns Batmobile & Duck and 72060 Fire Mario & Bowser's Castle.

November 15: private store events. LEGO Stores in the Americas hold Insiders Private Shopping Events on November 15, 2026 (EMEA on November 14). LEGO says "Spaces are limited, so Insiders are encouraged to sign up early". Brick Fanatics adds that members with a booked slot get into the store "before regular opening hours".

November 21-22: Insiders Weekend. lego.com says "LEGO® Insiders Weekend takes place on 21 and 22 November 2026", the weekend before Black Friday. It "used to be known as LEGO VIP weekend", and the page promises members "at least 5% back" in points.

Analysis: is early access worth signing up for?

For a set you want on day one, yes, because it costs nothing. US members also earn 6.5 points per dollar: about 1,170 points on a $179.99 set and about 2,275 on Downton Abbey's $349.99, by our arithmetic.

The head start matters most when the set itself is the event. Three adult sets had a three-day Insiders window from October 1 (PlayStation, Downton Abbey, Holiday House). By October 10 all three were Available now, so in this case the three days were a convenience rather than the only way in. lego.com gave no sales figures to say more.

Our take

Based on the facts above, the rule for 2026 is simple: if lego.com shows an Insiders date, it starts at midnight Eastern and usually runs three days. For November, that means 11390 Dragon Ball on November 1 at 12:00 a.m. ET, while the Sagrada Família has no member head start. We will re-check both product pages before November 1.

How we checked this

On October 10, 2026 we opened the lego.com product pages of the nine sets in the table, plus 21065, 67008 and 72060, in a desktop browser and read the Insiders start date and time from each page's product data. We read lego.com's Insiders help pages, the Insiders Weekend page and the LEGO newsroom posts for the general sale dates. Time-zone conversions and points totals are our arithmetic. The Reddit quotes were copied from the thread data. Before publishing, a second pass compared every number in this article with our source table.
