New LEGO Sets 2026: Release Dates, Prices and Early Access

New LEGO sets 2026 have arrived in waves on the first of the month, and for adult sets there is a second date that matters as much: the day LEGO Insiders can buy before everyone else. This guide lists the 21 sets marked 18+ that the LEGO newsroom announced with a US price and a 2026 on-sale date, by month, with the Insiders date where LEGO gave one. Every price was re-checked against lego.com on October 10, 2026.

TL;DR: 21 adult sets announced in the LEGO newsroom go on sale between March 1 and November 4, 2026, from $69.99 (72150 Munchlax) to $799.99 (75457 Executor and 21065 Sagrada Família). Eleven took pre-orders. Nine had an Insiders early access date instead, and eight of those opened to Insiders on the 1st and to everyone on the 4th. Joining Insiders is free. Next on lego.com's Coming soon page: November 1 and 4, then January 1, 2027.

New LEGO sets 2026: the quick answer

New sets land mostly on the first of the month. January 1 and June 1 are the biggest days on Brick Fanatics' third-party 2026 list. For adult sets, LEGO's newsroom often adds an Insiders early access start on the 1st and general sale on the 4th. The rest of 2026 has two dated sets left for adults: 21065 Sagrada Família on November 1 and 11390 Dragon Ball: Shenron & Goku on November 4 (Insiders November 1).

Key Takeaways

• 21 adult sets in the LEGO newsroom with a 2026 US on-sale date, worth $5,499.79 together at lego.com list prices on October 10, 2026.
• Two ways in early. Eleven of the 21 took pre-orders; nine had an Insiders date, and eight of those followed the same 1st-then-4th pattern. Only 75457 Executor had neither.
• Pre-order lead times vary, from 25 days (the August Pokémon sets) to five months (21065 Sagrada Família).
• Cheapest per piece: 21065 Sagrada Família at about 6.6 cents. The priciest per piece was 75442 N-1 Starfighter at about 13.8 cents.
• Still to come: three dated sets in November 2026, and eleven sets dated January 1, 2027 on lego.com's Coming soon page.

Overview: how LEGO releases new sets in 2026

The LEGO Group launches a lot of products. Its results for 2025, published in March 2026, said the company launched "its largest portfolio to date, featuring over 860 products, around half of which were new". Nobody needs all of that. This page tracks the part adult buyers care about: sets marked 18+ that the LEGO newsroom announced with a US price and a 2026 date. It is not a list of every 2026 set; kids' themes, small polybags and sets without a newsroom post are left out.

Three dates decide when you can buy a new set:

1. The reveal. A newsroom post gives the price and the dates. In this list, reveals came from about two weeks before launch (43302 Main Street, U.S.A., revealed May 19 with Insiders access from June 1) to five months before (21065 Sagrada Família, June 4 for November 1).
2. Pre-order or Insiders early access. Eleven sets took pre-orders from the reveal day. Nine others opened first to LEGO Insiders, three days before everyone else.
3. General sale. Usually the 1st of the month, or the 4th when Insiders went first.

Release days cluster on the 1st. Brick Fanatics' running 2026 list (last updated September 30, 2026) dates 155 entries to January 1 and 111 to June 1, then 70 to August 1 and 47 to March 1. May 1 and October 1 have 19 each, and September 1 has 17. Those are a fan site's counts across every theme, not LEGO's, but they match the newsroom pattern below.

The other official tool is lego.com's Coming soon page, which calls itself "a full list of all the LEGO sets that are coming soon". It listed 21 products on October 10, 2026.

New Sets by Month

These are the 21 adult sets, grouped by US on-sale date. Prices and pieces are from lego.com on October 10, 2026, and match the newsroom posts except 72154, where lego.com shows 2,386 pieces and the post a slightly different count. "Pre-order" and "Insiders" are the dates LEGO gave in each post; "none" means the post gave none.

March to May: Zelda and the N-1 Starfighter

The earliest on-sale date in our list belongs to 77093 The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time: The Final Battle. The LEGO Group opened pre-orders on January 16 and sales on March 1, at $129.99. In April it revealed 75442 The Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter at $249.99: Insiders could buy it from May 1 and everyone from May 4. That is the first 1st-then-4th set in this list.

June: the busiest month for adult sets

Four adult sets went on sale in June. The LEGO Ideas 21368 Snoopy's Doghouse ($89.99) had been on pre-order since February 14. 72423 Shrek, Donkey & Puss in Boots, from the first-ever LEGO Shrek line, took pre-orders from April 23 and arrived on June 1 at $129.99. The 11380 Road Bike post says it could be pre-ordered from May 5 and is available from June 1 "for LEGO Insiders" on lego.com and in LEGO Stores, without a separate general-sale date. 43302 Main Street, U.S.A. ($399.99) opened to Insiders on June 1 and to everyone on June 4.

July and August: pinball and Pokémon

July had one adult set in the newsroom: 11374 Arcade Pinball Machine at $229.99, Insiders from July 1 and everyone from July 4. August 1 brought three 18+ Pokémon sets, 72160 Arcanine ($109.99), 72168 Rayquaza ($129.99) and 72150 Munchlax ($69.99), all on pre-order from July 7, plus six ONE PIECE sets marked 9+.

September: four licensed display sets

11386 SpongeBob SquarePants: Bikini Bottom ($219.99) and 11385 U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 Bridge ($199.99) both opened for pre-order in July and went on sale September 1. 76476 The Ministry of Magic ($449.99) is the odd one out on dates: Insiders from August 29, everyone from September 1. 76355 Batman Returns Batmobile ($229.99) followed the usual pattern, Insiders September 1, everyone September 4.

October: the holiday wave

October was the heaviest month for adult spending. 75457 Executor Super Star Destroyer ($799.99) and 72154 Iconic Trainer Moments Poké Ball ($299.99) went on sale October 1. Three more opened to Insiders on October 1 and to everyone on October 4: 72306 PlayStation ($179.99), 21373 Downton Abbey ($349.99) and 11387 Holiday House ($119.99). The LEGO Group's holiday post added six smaller seasonal sets on October 1, none of them marked 18+.

November: Sagrada Família and Dragon Ball

21065 Sagrada Família ($799.99, 12,060 pieces) goes on sale November 1, and 11390 Dragon Ball: Shenron & Goku ($179.99) on November 4, with Insiders from November 1. The 9+ Botanicals set 10371 Cozy Plants shares the November 1 date.

Insiders Early Access and Gifts

LEGO Insiders is the company's loyalty program. It "doesn't cost anything", you have to be at least 18, and you join by creating an account on LEGO.com. The help pages promise "early access to select new sets", and the Insiders page lists "Get gifts with purchase" and "Enjoy early access" among the perks.

In 2026 the early access window was short and regular. Of the nine adult sets in this list with an Insiders date, eight opened to members on the 1st of the month and to everyone on the 4th: 75442, 43302, 11374, 76355, 72306, 21373, 11387 and 11390. The exception was 76476 The Ministry of Magic, which opened to Insiders on August 29 and to everyone on September 1. Jay's Brick Blog labels 21373 Downton Abbey and 72306 PlayStation the same way, "1 October 2026 Insiders Early Access".

Not every big set gets a head start for members. The newsroom posts for 21065 Sagrada Família and 75457 Executor give no Insiders date; the Sagrada Família took pre-orders instead, and the Executor had neither.

Points. US members earn 6.5 points per dollar on LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores, so a $799.99 set earns about 5,200 points and a $179.99 set about 1,170, by our arithmetic. Online, the points arrive "once your order has shipped", and they are counted on what you paid after any discount. Some sets add small member rewards: the Dragon Ball post says Insiders "can redeem 20 loyalty points for an exclusive digital download poster".

Gifts with purchase are on the Insiders perk list, but this page does not track them. Builders who save points watch for them, though. Asked whether a year of saved points should go on one big set, r/lego user u/Pseudoty1 replied:

"yes, but wait to order when you will get a decent GWP or two added in."

The three-day gap also confuses people. When the Dragon Ball set was revealed, u/Dutch249 had to explain it in a thread: "1 november starts the sale of this set for insiders members, from 4 november for everyone else."

Upcoming Sets and Release Dates

On October 10, 2026, lego.com's Coming soon page listed 21 products:

So for adults, 2026 ends with the two November sets. The January 1, 2027 date already has eleven sets, and January 1 was the biggest single date on Brick Fanatics' 2026 list, so expect more to appear before then.

• LEGO Sagrada Família 21065: Price, Release Date, Pre-Order: what the product page showed in October, size, and how it compares with every $600-plus set.
• LEGO Dragon Ball Shenron 11390: Price, Insiders Early Access: the exact Insiders start time, the October 4 date mix-up, and similar display sets.
• LEGO Christmas Sets 2026: All 7 Holiday Sets With Prices: the Holiday House and six seasonal sets, with lego.com prices and per-piece costs.

The biggest and best-value new sets of 2026

Two sets share the top price: 75457 Executor Super Star Destroyer and 21065 Sagrada Família, both $799.99. After them come 76476 The Ministry of Magic ($449.99), 43302 Main Street, U.S.A. ($399.99) and 21373 Downton Abbey ($349.99).

Price per piece tells a different story. Dividing lego.com's price by the piece count, the cheapest of the 21 were:

1. 21065 Sagrada Família, about 6.6 cents a piece
2. 21373 Downton Abbey, about 7.4 cents
3. 11387 Holiday House, about 8.9 cents

The most expensive per piece were 75442 The Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter (about 13.8 cents), 75457 Executor (13.1 cents) and 77093 Ocarina of Time (13.0 cents). In this list, the licensed ships and the Zelda scene cost the most per piece and the three buildings the least. Per-piece price is a rough measure, since a large piece counts the same as a small one, but it is the only one lego.com's own numbers allow.

Space is the other cost. When the 72306 PlayStation set was shown in September, u/edvurdsd replied on r/lego: "Stop! I don’t have any more room!"

Analysis: what the 2026 calendar means for buyers

Sign up for Insiders before a launch you care about. It is free, and for nine of the 21 adult sets it moved the buy date three days earlier. Pre-orders and Insiders early access were the two ways LEGO let buyers in before general sale this year; every adult set in our list except the Executor had one or the other.

Pre-order windows are not predictable. Eleven of the 21 took pre-orders, and the lead time ran from 25 days (72160, 72168 and 72150, July 7 to August 1) to 150 days (21065 Sagrada Família, June 4 to November 1), by our count. The Poké Ball 72154 shared the July 7 start but did not go on sale until October 1. Read the newsroom post on reveal day; it states which route a set takes.

Budget for October and November. Seven of the 21 adult sets land in those two months, including both $799.99 sets. On October 10, lego.com also marked 233 building sets Retiring soon, so if you are choosing between a new set and one that is leaving, check our list of LEGO sets retiring in 2026 first.

Not every good set is new. If a new $200 licensed set is more than you want to spend, our best LEGO sets for adults under $100 covers twelve 18+ sets already on lego.com.

Our take

Based on the newsroom dates and lego.com prices above, 2026 rewarded buyers who joined Insiders and read the reveal posts. The release rhythm was steady: a big wave on the 1st, Insiders three days early for many adult sets, and pre-orders only for some. The best value among the adult sets was the newest: the Sagrada Família, at about 6.6 cents a piece. We will add the January 2027 wave to this page once the LEGO newsroom posts it.

How we checked this

We read the LEGO newsroom post for each of the 21 sets in the table on October 10, 2026, and searched all 21 for pre-order and Insiders wording. The same day we checked prices, pieces and age marks against lego.com's adults listing and Coming soon page in a desktop browser, and opened product pages where the two disagreed. The Brick Fanatics date ranking was recounted from its page, and the Reddit quotes were copied from the thread data. Totals, lead times and points are our arithmetic. A second pass compared every number with our source table, and we fixed each line it flagged after re-reading the newsroom posts.
