LEGO Marvel Sets Retiring 2026: All 17, Most Already Gone
LEGO Marvel sets retiring 2026, all 17 with lego.com's Retiring soon badge on Oct 13, from the $329.99 X-Mansion. 12 are sold out, plus 2 DC Batman sets.

LEGO Marvel sets retiring 2026 are easy to miss, because most of them have already left the shelf. On October 10, 2026 we opened the lego.com product page of every Marvel set that Brick Fanatics lists for 2026 and of every Marvel set on lego.com's Retiring soon page, and again on October 13. Seventeen Marvel building sets carried the badge. Only four could still be ordered on October 13, and the biggest of them, 76294 X-Men: The X-Mansion, was temporarily out of stock.
TL;DR: 17 Marvel sets have the Retiring soon badge (lego.com, October 13, 2026), $1,197.83 together. Still orderable: 11200 (Available now), 76321, 76329 Miles Morales' Mask and 11207 (back order). 76294 X-Mansion: temporarily out of stock. 12 others: Sold out, including 76315 Hall of Armor, which was Available now on October 10. Two DC Batman sets, 76303 and 76304, are badged and Sold out too.

Overview: how we built the list
LEGO does not publish retirement dates. lego.com adds a Retiring soon badge to a product page, and its Retiring soon page collects badged sets that are still for sale ("Showing 20 of 267" on October 13). The Marvel theme page listed 57 products and the DC theme page 18.
We started from two lists: the Marvel and DC sets that Brick Fanatics' Marvel retiring guide and its main retiring page (updated October 7, 2026) date to 2026, and the Marvel sets on lego.com's Retiring soon page. Then we opened every product page. A set counts here only if its own page showed the badge. Our guide on how to tell if a LEGO set is retiring explains why the product page is the only check that holds up.
Brick Fanatics' February count was "Four LEGO Marvel sets are currently scheduled to retire by the end of July, with a further 20 on the way out by the end of the year." By October 10 the July group was gone: 76311, 76312 and 76314 read Retired Product and 76297 Dancing Groot read Sold out.

The three adult Marvel sets on the list
76294 X-Men: The X-Mansion ($329.99, 3,093 pieces, 10 minifigures). The biggest Marvel set with the badge, and tied with 76313 for the cheapest per piece on the list at 10.7 cents. It carries the Exclusives label too. On October 10 it read Temporarily out of stock, which is not the same as Sold out, but lego.com gives no restock date. Brick Fanatics wrote on September 14 that it was among the sets "now confirmed to retire by the end of the year" and that it "will ship by October 15 in the UK, and can't be ordered at all in the US."
76329 Miles Morales' Mask ($69.99, 487 pieces). On back order: "Will ship in 60 days", limit 5. That makes it the only 18+ Marvel retirement you can still order from lego.com.
76327 Iron Man MK4 Bust ($59.99, 436 pieces). Sold out, badge on. It never appeared on the Retiring soon page in our reading, only on its own product page.

The adult Marvel sets that are staying are worth knowing too. 76269 Avengers Tower ($499.99) read Temporarily out of stock with no badge, and Brick Fanatics expects it to stay "through the end of 2027." The 76354 S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier ($399.99), 76356 Venom Bust ($49.99) and 76344 Iron Man Mark 3 Collectors' Edition ($129.99) were Available now with no badge on October 13.
The ones you can still order
Four of the 17 could still be bought on lego.com on October 13, 2026:
- 11200 Spidey and Gobby's Raptor Battle at Tree House HQ ($54.99, 143 pieces, 4+): Available now, limit 5.
- 76321 Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock Subway Train Scene ($54.99, 393 pieces, 9+): will ship by October 29, 2026.
- 76329 Miles Morales' Mask ($69.99): will ship in 60 days.
- 11207 Spidey: Underwater Vehicles ($34.99, 154 pieces, 4+): will ship in 60 days.
Those four are exactly the Marvel building sets on lego.com's Retiring soon page that day. The 12 Sold out sets and the X-Mansion were missing from it, though their own pages still showed the badge. 76315 Iron Man's Laboratory: Hall of Armor shows how quickly that happens: Available now and on the list on October 10, Sold out and off it on October 13.
Image: The LEGO Group (lego.com)
DC: two Batman sets, both gone
On the DC side, two sets had the badge on October 10, 2026, and both read Sold out: 76304 Batman Forever Batmobile ($99.99, 909 pieces, 12+) and 76303 Batman Tumbler vs. Two-Face & The Joker ($59.99, 429 pieces, 8+). The 18+ 76328 Batman: The Classic TV Series Batmobile ($149.99, 1,822 pieces) was Sold out with no badge; Brick Fanatics' main retiring page lists it for July 31, 2026.
The Tumbler shows how fast this can go. On September 17 a Reddit user asked whether LEGO had quietly retired it, writing: "It did not have the "retiring soon" tag when I last checked on Monday and was just on backorder." By October 10 the page showed both the badge and Sold out.
What builders are saying
The top reply in that r/lego Tumbler thread, from u/A_Pointy_Rock with 307 points, sums up the Marvel and DC list:
"Retirement dates are just darts on a board. If the stock ran out sooner then that's that."
On the X-Mansion, u/itzza_sim asked in August: "Anyone know if this set will restock. It was on back order and now out of stock temporarily." u/Question_It_All_3000 replied that they had just received theirs: "I don’t know if I would wait much longer though. Never know when that will turn from temporary to out of stock." About six weeks later the page still read Temporarily out of stock.

Analysis: a list that is mostly history
Marvel is a list where most of the badged sets are already gone. On October 13, 12 of the 17 badged sets were Sold out and one more was out of stock, which is 13 of 17. Compare that with LEGO Icons, where six of eight badged sets were Available now on October 10.
The second pattern is how little the Retiring soon page tells you. Its product data held four Marvel building sets on October 13. A reader who trusted it would never learn that the X-Mansion and the Iron Man MK4 Bust carry the badge. That is the same gap we found in the Star Wars and Technic lists, so it looks like how the page works rather than a Marvel quirk.
Brick Fanatics' dates matched the badges here. The Marvel sets it put on July 31 were gone by October, and all 17 badged Marvel sets and both DC sets were on its December 31 list; the key chains were not. What the date cannot tell you is when stock ends, and for Marvel that came first.
Our take
Based on the lego.com pages and the Brick Fanatics lists above, the Marvel retirement worth acting on for an adult collector is 76329 Miles Morales' Mask: $69.99, on back order with a 60-day ship estimate, and the only 18+ Marvel set with the badge you could still order on October 10. If you want the X-Mansion, the honest answer is to watch the page; it was temporarily out of stock with no restock date, and Reddit buyers were already worried in August. For the Sold out sets, lego.com is no longer the place to look. We will re-check badges and stock every 14 days through December. If you would rather buy something that is staying, the best LEGO sets for adults under $50 include the Venom and Doctor Doom busts with no badge.
How we checked this
On October 10, 2026 we opened the lego.com US product pages of 35 Marvel and DC sets in a desktop browser: every set Brick Fanatics dates to 2026, every Marvel set on lego.com's Retiring soon page, the three key chains and four adult sets for comparison. We copied price, pieces, age, badges, stock text and order limit. We read the Marvel and DC theme pages and the Retiring soon page the same day, plus Brick Fanatics' February 2026 Marvel guide, its September 14 post and its main retiring page (updated October 7). On October 13 we opened the same 35 product pages, the theme pages and every page of the Retiring soon list again, and updated the stock and counts that had changed. Reddit comments were copied from the thread data. Totals and price per piece are our arithmetic. A second pass compared every number here with our source table.

It read Temporarily out of stock. Brick Fanatics expects it to retire in December 2026, which is a fan-site estimate, not a LEGO date.
