Nine of the ten can go in a cart today. The spread per piece is wide for one theme, 9.6 to 14.5 cents, and the cheapest per piece are the two biggest 2025 builds plus Buggy's tent. Our price per piece calculator runs the same sum for any set.
The best LEGO One Piece sets, ranked
1. 75639 The Going Merry Pirate Ship ($139.99, 1,376 pieces)
The most reviewed set in the theme: 101 reviews and 4.6 stars on Oct 27. lego.com sums it up as "Set sail on the Straw Hat Pirates' iconic ship". It came out with the first wave in August 2025, and it carries no badge yet.

Pick for: the fan who wants one ship on the shelf. Why: 10.2 cents a piece and the deepest pool of reviews. The catch: 1,376 pieces against the Baratie's 3,402.
2. 75640 The Baratie Floating Restaurant ($329.99, 3,402 pieces)
The only 18+ set in the theme. lego.com bills it as an "Iconic model for adult ONE PIECE enthusiasts", and at 9.7 cents a piece it is cheaper per piece than the Going Merry. It has 37 reviews and 4.7 stars.

Not every adult builder loved it. In an r/lego thread about disappointing sets, one buyer put it on a list of builds they found dull:
Reddit comment on LEGO sets the writer found boring, including the One Piece Baratie
"one piece barati set, all boring," u/Vraxel wrote in October, in the same comment as the Milky Way Galaxy and the Goonies set. A big price is a reason to read builder comments before you buy.
Pick for: the adult fan with shelf space. Why: the one 18+ set, at the second-lowest price per piece. The catch: $329.99 is 29 percent of the $1,134.90 the ten sets cost together.

3. 75643 Tony Tony Chopper ($69.99, 577 pieces)
The LEGO newsroom says the build is "fully posable", stands 7.5 in. (19 cm) tall on a black platform with a name plaque, and comes with a book, a syringe and a detachable blue backpack. It had 4.9 stars from 9 reviews.
Yi-Chien Cheng, Associate Design Lead on LEGO ONE PIECE, said in the launch release: "Tony Tony Chopper has always been a standout character for me and many other fans."
Pick for: a desk display under $70. Why: 4.9 stars, tied with Buggy's tent as the best rating among sets with more than 2 reviews. The catch: 12.1 cents a piece.
4. 75646 Garp's Marine Battleship ($179.99, 1,705 pieces)
The biggest Season 2 set, with eight minifigures and five sails, per the newsroom, which gives its size as over 15.5 in. (39 cm) high and 17.5 in. (44 cm) long.
Pick for: a second ship after the Going Merry. Why: 10.6 cents a piece and eight minifigures. The catch: only 2 reviews on Oct 27.
5. 75645 Battle at Drum Castle ($109.99, 1,038 pieces)
A multi-storey castle with Chopper's laboratory and a throne room, and six minifigures: Luffy, Nami, Sanji, Chopper, Vivi and Wapol. Same 10.6 cents a piece as the battleship.
Pick for: the Drum Island arc in one box. Why: six named minifigures for $109.99. The catch: 2 reviews, too few to judge.
6. 75641 Dr. Hiriluk's Hideout ($29.99, 271 pieces)
The cheapest way into the theme. LEGO's newsroom says it includes "for the very first time" a Tony Tony Chopper minifigure, with Dr. Hiriluk and Dr. Kureha.
Image: The LEGO Group (lego.com)
Pick for: a gift under $30. Why: the first Chopper minifigure, 4.8 stars from 14 reviews. The catch: 11.1 cents a piece for a small build.
The other four sets on sale, 75644 Dorry vs. Brogy ($79.99), 75642 Showdown with Captain Smoker ($69.99), 75647 Gum-Gum Fruit ($69.99) and the badged 75637, are in the table above. Gum-Gum Fruit has the highest price per piece of the ten, 14.5 cents.
Which LEGO One Piece sets are retiring
The badge is the signal; the date is a guess. On Oct 27 one of the ten listed sets carried Retiring soon: 75637 Buggy the Clown's Circus Tent, $54.99, 4.9 stars from 36 reviews, reading Temporarily out of stock. Brick Scouts reported on Oct 5 that it had "appeared on LEGO's official Last Chance to Buy list". LEGO gives no end date.
Desk note: our catalog has read 75637 with the badge since our first read on Oct 10. It was Available now until Oct 23, when it switched to Temporarily out of stock. Our guide to whether sold-out LEGO sets come back shows how often that label flips back.
Two more 2025 sets have lego.com pages but cannot be ordered. 75636 Windmill Village Hut ($29.99, 299 pieces) reads Sold out with the badge. 75638 Battle at Arlong Park (926 pieces) reads Retired Product.
What the badge means, and what it does not: how to tell if a LEGO set is retiring. Every badged set across themes is in our LEGO sets retiring in 2026 list.
The 2026 wave and Netflix
LEGO revealed six sets "inspired by Season 2 of the hit live action show" on April 9, with pre-orders that day and sale from August 1. Netflix's Season 2 premiered March 10, per the same release. A two-part LEGO ONE PIECE animated special premiered on Netflix on September 29.
A seventh 2026 set, 75647 Gum-Gum Fruit, is not in that release. BricksUp reported its reveal on March 10 with an August 1 date and the same $69.99 and 482 pieces lego.com shows. For other licensed themes on lego.com, see our LEGO Stranger Things sets and LEGO Pokémon sets lists.
Our take
Buy the Going Merry first; buy the Baratie only if you want the one 18+ set. The Going Merry has 101 reviews and costs 10.2 cents a piece. The Baratie is $329.99 for 3,402 pieces, 9.7 cents.
Buy as soon as it is back if you want Buggy's Circus Tent: it is the only listed set with the badge, and it read Temporarily out of stock. Skip or wait if you want a 2026 set: none carries Retiring soon, and LEGO Black Friday 2026 starts November 27.
What we don't know yet: whether LEGO plans a third wave, and when 75637 leaves lego.com. On our watchlist: we re-read the ONE PIECE theme page at each catalog fetch and update this list when a badge, a price or a stock line changes.
