LEGO Marvel Mini Modular Sets: All 7, 3 Sold Out or Retired
TL;DR: Start the street with 76342 The Daily Bugle, add 67005 in January, and stop chasing the three that are gone. The four you can order now or in January cost $399.96 for 3,083 pieces. Side by side, all seven need about 145 cm (57 in.) of shelf, or 133 cm if Peter Parker's Apartment sits on top of another building.
LEGO Marvel mini modular sets: 7 connect into one street, $644.93 at list price. 3 are retired or Sold out on lego.com, and 67005 joins on Jan 1, 2027.

Seven LEGO Marvel mini modular sets now join up into one street, and only four of them can still come from lego.com. On Oct 30 the oldest, 76311, read Retired Product, and the next two, 76317 and 76324, read Sold out under the Retiring soon badge. None of the seven lego.com pages says "mini modular"; they use three other names for the same line.

Prices and stock: lego.com US, checked Oct 30. How we checked is at the end.
All 7 LEGO Marvel mini modular sets, oldest first
Brickset's notes for 67005 and 76352 name the same seven sets as connecting, and each has a lego.com product page. Here they are in launch order, with lego.com US list prices and stock on Oct 30. Price per piece is our arithmetic.
| Set | Launched | Price | Pieces | Per piece | Age | lego.com on Oct 30 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 76311 Spider-Verse: Miles Morales vs. The Spot | Jan 2025 | $49.99 | 375 | 13.3¢ | 9+ | Retired Product |
| 76317 Peter Parker's Apartment | Aug 2025 | $54.99 | 394 | 14.0¢ | 8+ | Retiring soon, Sold out |
| 76324 Spider-Man vs. Oscorp | Aug 2025 | $139.99 | 808 | 17.3¢ | 10+ | Retiring soon, Sold out |
| 76342 Spider-Man vs. Mysterio: The Daily Bugle | Jan 2026 | $99.99 | 781 | 12.8¢ | 10+ | Backorder, ships in 60 days |
| 76350 Spider-Man vs. Hulk Epic Clash | Jun 2026 | $89.99 | 534 | 16.9¢ | 8+ | Available now |
| 76352 Avengers: Doomsday New Avengers Tower | Oct 2026 | $109.99 | 954 | 11.5¢ | 12+ | Backorder, ships in 60 days |
| 67005 Marvel What if...? Doctor Strange Supreme | Jan 2027 | $99.99 | 814 | 12.3¢ | 9+ | Coming soon |
The 76311 price is the one its retired page still shows. At these prices the whole street costs $644.93 for 4,660 pieces, 13.8 cents a piece. It holds 41 characters, if you count the Hulk big figure in 76350.
None of the seven is marked 18+. lego.com sells the line from 8+ to 12+, so on paper these sit closer to our best LEGO sets for 8 to 12 year olds than to the adult display shelf. On r/LegoMarvel, though, owners plan them as a display street, as the comments further down show.
Desk note: Our catalog first saw 76352 on Oct 10, and on its Oct 27 read the tower already said "Will ship in 60 days" at $109.99. On Oct 30 it still did, and so did 76342. Two of the three sets you could order that day came with a two-month wait.
What lego.com calls the LEGO Marvel mini modular line
"Mini modular" is the fans' name. Brick Fanatics uses it, and so does r/LegoMarvel. lego.com uses three others. The 76342 and 76350 pages tell you to combine them with "other models from the LEGO® Modular Buildings Collection, such as 76324". The 76352 page says to "add more LEGO® | Marvel modular building sets". The newest box, 67005, uses a third name:
"Discover other LEGO® ǀ Marvel World Building Collection construction sets (sold separately) that connect seamlessly using the same modular design for the ultimate display"
That first name invites a mix-up, because LEGO's Modular Buildings are also the big 18+ Icons street in our LEGO modular buildings guide, a different line at a bigger scale.
The Marvel sets join with Technic pins, StoneWars reports from 67005's lifestyle photos. Brick Fanatics spotted the "exposed studs and Technic connection points" on 76311, which launched in January 2025 with "no official mention of a larger collection". One building may not stand in the row at all: Brick Fanatics describes Peter Parker's Apartment as made "to be placed on top of the bodega". The lego.com pages for 76311 and 76317 don't mention a bodega.

Which ones you can still buy on lego.com
Four of the seven. 76350 Spider-Man vs. Hulk Epic Clash is the only one in stock, at $89.99 with a limit of five. 76342 and 76352 take orders but read "Will ship in 60 days", limit three each. 67005 has a page and a price, and nothing to click: on Oct 30 it read "Coming soon on January 1, 2027".
Jay's Brick Blog wrote on Oct 29 that "Pre-orders are now open via LEGO.com". That held on the UK site, which on Oct 30 took pre-orders at £89.99 for dispatch from January 1. The US and Canadian pages read Coming soon, with no pre-order button, while 67006, another Marvel set dated January 1, did take US pre-orders. If you want 67005 on launch day, keep an eye on the US product page in December rather than trusting a pre-order you can't place.
The other three are gone in practice. 76311 reads Retired Product. 76317 and 76324 keep their pages and the Retiring soon badge, both Sold out, as they already were in mid-October in our LEGO Marvel sets retiring in 2026 list. Badge plus Sold out rarely turns back into stock: when we tracked whether sold out LEGO sets come back, 6 of 35 did, each for one to three days.
LEGO hasn't given a retirement date for any of the seven. Brick Fanatics, a fan site, dated 76311 to July 31, 2026, and by Oct 10 lego.com showed it as retired, so that call held. Its next call looks late: it gives 76317 and 76324 the last day of 2026, yet both were Sold out by mid-October. The three 2026 sets carry the end of 2027 on the same list. StoneWars has already printed a retirement date for 67005, the end of 2028, for a set nobody can buy yet.

67005 Doctor Strange Supreme: the January 2027 building
67005 is the seventh building and the first from a TV show, What If...?, Brick Fanatics notes. lego.com lists 814 pieces at $99.99, or 12.3 cents a piece, for ages 9+. It stands 29 cm (11.5 in.) tall and 19 cm wide, close to The Daily Bugle's 33 by 20 cm. Inside are three levels and portals that slide and switch.
The six minifigures mix two shows: Strange Supreme, F.R.I.D.A.Y., Zombie Hunter Spider-Man, the Red Queen, Zombie Namor and Zombie Thor. Zombie Hunter Spider-Man is a repeat. StoneWars traces him to Minifigures Marvel Studios Series 1 (71031) in September 2021, "back then still with a fabric cloak".
Image: The LEGO Group (lego.com)
Jay's Brick Blog calls it "a decent compromise if you want a Sanctum Sanctorum". It has under a third of the pieces of the 2,708-piece 76218 from 2022. Our list of new LEGO sets for January 2027 was checked on Oct 11, before LEGO showed 67005 on Oct 28, so it carries the Skyline but not this one.
How much shelf the whole Marvel street needs
About 145 cm, or 57 inches, by our arithmetic from lego.com's widths, with all seven standing side by side. If Peter Parker's Apartment sits on top of a bodega, as Brick Fanatics describes, rather than beside it, the run drops to about 133 cm (52 in.). lego.com gives every size as "over" a figure, so leave a little slack.
| Set | Width | Height |
|---|---|---|
| 76311 | 15 cm | 11 cm |
| 76317 | 12 cm | 16 cm |
| 76324 | 38 cm | 46 cm |
| 76342 | 20 cm | 33 cm |
| 76350 | 24 cm | 36 cm |
| 76352 | 17 cm | 34 cm |
| 67005 | 19 cm | 29 cm |
The Oscorp tower in 76324 is the tall one at 46 cm (18 in.). Depth runs only 6 to 13 cm, so width is the number to measure.
The newest tower may not sit flush. u/Altruistic_Shift6347 asked on r/LegoMarvel how others display it: "Mine doesn't line up properly with the other mini Modulars because it's an extra 2 studs back." Brick Fanatics had predicted that its "one open wall" would make it "look more out of place than the rest". That is one owner's report and one reviewer's view. We haven't built it, so check owners' photos before you plan a straight street around 76352.

Not part of the street: 67006 The Marvel Skyline
In search results for these sets, 67006 The Marvel Skyline turns up too. It is a different product: an 18+ microscale model, 1,261 pieces for $99.99, which takes pre-orders to ship on January 1, the day 67005 is due. It shrinks Avengers Tower, the Daily Bugle, the Baxter Building and the X-Men Mansion into one small city and adds a Galactus minifigure. Brickset's connection lists for 67005 and 76352 leave it out.
It costs the same as 67005 and has 447 more pieces, 7.9 cents each. That makes it the better deal per brick. It just doesn't connect to anything in the street.

Which LEGO Marvel mini modular set to buy first
Per piece, 76352 is the cheapest of the seven at 11.5 cents and 76324 the dearest at 17.3. Of the four you can still get, 76350 costs the most per piece, 16.9 cents. What it has that the others don't is the line's only big figure, the Hulk, as Brick Fanatics points out.
u/DasOptions summed up the case for the line on r/LegoMarvel: easy to display, and good figures.
Reddit comment by u/DasOptions on the LEGO Marvel mini modular sets
Not everyone agrees about the figures. In September, u/Significant-Coat-308 counted the repeats across the line, starting with "4 of the same Peters", and pointed the poster toward the X-Mansion instead. If figures are why you buy, 76324 had the most at eight, and it can no longer be ordered.
If you are holding out for a sale, our LEGO Black Friday 2026 page has lego.com's own dates.
Our take
Buy 76342 The Daily Bugle first, add 67005 in January, and let the three sold-out sets go. 76342 is $99.99 for 781 pieces and seven minifigures, and lego.com itself pairs it with the Oscorp street. 67005 brings the first TV-based building at 12.3 cents a piece.
76352 is the best value per piece of the seven. Hold off if a straight street matters to you, until more owners show how far back it sits. Skip 76350 unless you want the Hulk.
What we don't know yet: whether the US page for 67005 opens pre-orders before January 1, and whether LEGO adds an eighth building in 2027. On our watchlist: the 67005 and 76342 pages on each catalog read, and the Retiring soon list for 76342, 76350 and 76352.
This take uses only the lego.com data and sources cited above, checked Oct 30.
How we checked this
On Oct 30, between 17:25 and 17:40 UTC, we read the seven lego.com US product pages, the 67006 page and the 67005 instructions page, and checked 67005 on the UK and Canadian sites shortly after. Brickset's set pages gave launch dates and the connection lists. Brick Fanatics, Jay's Brick Blog and StoneWars gave the history and the reveal details, each linked below. Retirement dates are theirs, not LEGO's. Reddit comments were read through Arctic Shift. Price per piece, totals and shelf width are our arithmetic. We haven't built these sets; build impressions are quoted from people who have.
Instructions, the Daily Bugle, the Red Queen and stores
Are the LEGO 67005 building instructions online yet? Not as a PDF. lego.com already has an instructions page for 67005, but no booklet was posted on it when we checked on Oct 30.
Is LEGO 76342 a replacement for the big Daily Bugle? Brick Fanatics describes 76342 as "replacing the bigger Daily Bugle modular". LEGO doesn't say so on the 76342 page, which pairs the set with 76324 Spider-Man vs. Oscorp instead.
Who is the Red Queen in LEGO 67005? lego.com names her only as the Red Queen. Brick Fanatics counts a zombified Wanda among the set's figures, and StoneWars says the zombified Scarlet Witch appears in both shows the set draws on, What If...? and Marvel Zombies.
Why does F.R.I.D.A.Y. have a toy for a head in LEGO 67005? Jay's Brick Blog answered a reader who asked: "Basically, it's just an Iron Man armour, without a head, so they used a teddy bear." Brick Fanatics also calls it a teddy bear; StoneWars calls it a plush cat.
Will LEGO 67005 be sold at Target or Walmart? StoneWars expects so, writing that the set "won't be exclusive, you'll likely find it everywhere in retail too". That is a forecast. We have not checked any US store listing, and lego.com itself only says Coming soon.
