How long has the wall art been out? About 13 months. LEGO unveiled it at San Diego Comic-Con on July 23, 2025 as one of "seven new LEGO® Wicked sets" for Wicked: For Good, available "starting September 1, 2025", with its product details listed as "Age: 18+" and "Pieces: 1,518".

lego.com says it "measures over 12.5 in. (32 cm) high", "Includes 6 minifigures, plus a Toto figure" and can hang on a wall or sit on a shelf. On October 11 its order button read Backorder, with the line "Will ship in 60 days", and the theme page showed the same 60-day line on Oct 24.

The Brick Fan, which received the set from LEGO, wrote on October 18, 2025 that it was "probably my favorite set out of the wave", and added: "The minifigures of the characters are a welcome change considering that this set is targeting the older demographic." Its one complaint: "The only downside is that it is fairly pricey given the number of pieces."

TurtleGirl789 wrote on lego.com on September 7, 2025, as a verified purchase: "My favorite is the storage for the characters and the hidden Easter eggs all throughout the build."

75684 Welcome to Emerald City ($99.99, 945 pieces, 9+) is from the first wave. LEGO's May 20, 2024 announcement promised "4 new LEGO® Wicked sets featuring mini-dolls, launching 1st October 2024". lego.com's features include "Search for spells in the Grimmerie" and "Grab an Oz-presso from the bicycle vendor". Chica wrote on January 2, 2025: "I was surprised that a smaller set like this, had several minifigs...very pleasantly surprised."

75682 Elphaba & Glinda Figures (558 pieces, 10+) are two posable figures; lego.com says kids relive "the movie’s “Defying Gravity” scene" and can "Scan the QR code to sing along". On October 11 the page showed $54.99 crossed to $38.49, "- 30%", and Sold out, and the theme page read the same on Oct 24. Brick Fanatics' July 3, 2026 update had said "75682 Elphaba & Glinda Figures still due to retire first this month."

Five of the eight sets on the theme page had no badge on Oct 24, as on Oct 11, all from the 2025 Wicked: For Good wave and all Available now:

The bookends are the adult alternative to the wall art: 4.9 from 37 reviews on lego.com on Oct 11, 1,327 pieces, and no badge. Brick Fanatics' July 4, 2025 reveal called them "a 1,327-piece set launching on September 1." The castle, 75689, rated 4.9 from 42 reviews.

The badge does not line up with release dates here. The wall art is the newest badged set, from September 2025, while its wave-mate bookends had none. Brick Fanatics' retiring page, last updated October 13, 2026, lists 75684 and 75685 for December 31, 2026, 75682 for July 31, 2026 and the five unbadged sets in its 2027 list, with no month given. Those are fan-site estimates; lego.com shows only the badge. Other licensed movie themes are on the list too, as our Disney retiring list shows.

Order the Emerald City Wall Art now: the only badged 18+ Wicked set, already on a 60-day wait. It is $159.99 for 1,518 pieces, 10.5 cents a piece, and it read Will ship in 60 days on both Oct 11 and Oct 24, so a holiday discount is a gamble on stock.

Buy now if you want the wall art, or Welcome to Emerald City at $99.99 while it reads Available now.
